Recently I visited the launch event of Godrej Air at Whitefield, the IT Hub of BangaloreThe occasion was special because it was the launch of city’s first RERA registered project, that too by the stalwart in this sector Godrej Properties. This article will give better insights about the apartment’s size, tentative ticket size and other amenities details associated with the project.

Now, let’s talk about the design aspects which have been thoughtfully envisioned for Godrej Air. Each apartment is open from all the three sides which allows for an uninterrupted view of the beautiful landscape. This also provides excellent cross ventilation and infuses sunlight across the apartment. Large Living & Dining Spaces will come with plant beds with provision of Air Purifier in the Master Bedroom.

The apartments do not look into each other as the balconies and larger windows are outward facing while the utility area is inward facing which in turn protects invasion of residents’ privacy. The payment plan is quite convenient as one has to pay only Rs. 1 Lakh token amount towards booking of the unit. Else, 10 % of the amount has to be paid at 10 % sale consideration (less token amount) towards agreement. Then, 10 % amount has to be paid on each stage completion such as completion of excavation, completion of plinth, completion of fourth floor-to sixteenth floor slab casting, on completion of flooring, on completion of internal painting (first coat) and then 10 % booking with OC on notice of possession.
