Sobha Clovelly- Boutique Living In Banashankari

The largest locality in Bangalore, Banashankari is fast growing into one of the most cosmopolitan and commercially sound localities in South Bangalore. Name a prerequisite to a good residential complex and the area has it- from schools and colleges to bus stops and grocery stores. What further works for the area is the fact that it’s connected to all the major locations of South Bangalore. With all the demands for a home in this part of the city, Sobha launched its project, Sobha Clovelly in the area.

Sobha Clovelly- Digging Deeper

Sobha Clovelly is located in Padmanabhanagar of Banashankari 3rd stage and is spread over 3.5 acres. The project has been built keeping in mind the green cover of the area and hence Clovelly has a lush green campus. The development offers 137 units of 3 and 4 BHK homes over 21 floors. The style of homes here are categorized under boutique homes. We took a walk around the project and here’s what we thought was interesting.

Sobha Clovelly- The Master Design

The first is the design. Although Sobha has always been known for its design, the design itself varies by project. This particular one boasts of international standards that ensure wide spaces for proper ventilation, designer floors and modern fittings. Large windows let in ample sunlight- keeping up with the needs of good source of air and sunlight into the house as well as appealing design. This aspect of design applies to the number of homes they build as well which are fewer than the regular projects by about a 40:60 ratio.

The second is the amenities we came across as we discussed the project and looked at a model campus. The external ones include an outdoor dining area, a lawn and garden, seating areas, a sculpture garden, pedestrian walkway, outdoor recreational area, barbeque area, senior citizens’ deck and more. Of these, the sport and fitness amenities include a tennis court, a basketball court, children’s play area and a jogging track.

The third are the amenities that fall within the clubhouse, which includes a swimming pool (with a separate kids pool), gymnasium, multi function hall, a party area, a fire access ramp, yoga, meditation and aerobics room.

Indoor amenities don’t stop at the clubhouse, they move into the interiors of a home at Clovelly. These include a drainage and sewage treatment facility, 24 hour power-back up, a granite counter slab in the kitchen, top notch sanitary fittings in the bathroom and large windows that do justice to the sunlight that enters the project. Besides this, 24 hour security along with important devices to assist the same, car parking for visitors and residents, hardscaped driveway, lifts and more ensure that the residents are not left with something to desire or need.

Considering the green cover of the region a few details are added to the project. Clovelly homes stand on a geographical ridge. Infact it’s one of the first things one notices about the project. This gives the project’s homes some stunning views. Seating areas and landscaped gardens around the project further add to the beauty of the project.
