Project Overview

Rohan Madhuban II is to come up on a 3 acre land parcel and will comprise of 5 residential towers, built around a central landscaped area, housing various amenities and open areas to facilitate greater social interactions among residents. Each of the towers will have 14 residential levels, built above 2 levels of parking, with one parking slot being provided per apartment.

The complex will have separate entrances for vehicles and pedestrians. The vehicles will only be allowed on a road, skirting the complex, leading to and from the parking. A separate area will be provided for visitors’ parking.

The podium level will include a clubhouse, gymnasium, swimming and kids’ pool and landscaped gardens. In addition, stepped gardens will be provided. The clubhouse comes with facilities for various indoor games and also is planned to include 2 guest rooms.

Apartment Overview

Each of the 14 level towers have six apartments per level. All apartments are of 2 BHK and 3 BHK configuration. The saleable area of a 2 BHK apartment is 1030 – 1157 sq. ft., while that for a 3 BHK apartment is 1288 – 1408 sq. ft. All apartments on the podium level come with a private garden. As the project is located in Bawdhan, home prices are a lot more affordable than in neighbouring Kothrud, Pashan and Baner, with a base price of Rs. 5200 – 5400/ sq. ft. Rohan Builders has set a possession date of December 2019 for all buildings.
