My Home Abhra is the only residential project as of today that is within 1 km of driving distance to Cyber Gateway, Raheja Mindspace, Ascendas IT Parks and Inorbit mall in the Hitec City area. Buses to this project are qquite frequent as a result. Connectivity by other modes of public transport too is quite good: the nearest railway station, Hitec City MMTS Station, is 6.5 km, while Shilparamam, the nearest station on the soon to begin Hyderabad Metro, is 5 km away. Using the Outer Ring Road (3.5 km), residents of the project can get to the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport (33.5 km), within 45-50 minutes.
Hitec City became a popular IT/ ITES destination over the past decade and a half and is located just off the posh Jubilee Hills area. The landmark Cyber Towers by APIIC at the turning towards Madhapur was one of the first IT Complexes built under the then Chandrababu Naidu government. My Home Navadweepa, an earlier project by My Home Constructions, is next to the Cyber Towers and is a well regarded apartment complex at Madhapur.

This 5 tower complex has just 3 and 4 BHK apartments as it targets those buyers/ residents who would pay top dollar to live in what is planned to be one of the finest emerging addresses in the city of Hyderabad. Towers A, B, D and E each have 5 apartments on every floor and these are served by 3 lifts each.

Keeping in mind the tradition of love for badminton in this city, two air conditioned courts have been put in place at the project. What really stands out at My Home Abhra is that it is a delivered project right in the heart of the business district of Hitec City. With not many flat available with the developer, one has to find apartments in secondary market for purchase. One can avail these apartments at a rent of Rs. 45,000 and upwards as well and walk to work/ the neighbouring mall at ease.
