Apranje Jewellers is not a new name among the most respected jewellery brands in South India. Apranje Estates Ltd. is a real estate initiative of Apranje Jewellers. Since their inception in real estate, the developer has come up with projects recognised by fewer homes, prime locations, and innovative designs. Apranje Amara is a residential project soon to be launched by Apranje Estates Ltd. in Varthur region of East Bangalore.
Apranje Estates Limited follows a certain design approach for their customer’s satisfaction. They claim to apply the same for Apranje Amara as well. I visited the project site recently and this article will provide a quick brief about its current status.

Apranje Amara is located off Whitefield in Varthur and is just 1.5 km from Forum Value Mall & Virginia Mall. It offers easy commute to Old Airport Road & Sarjapur Road. So, everyday commute to nearby work places would be easy & convenient. Also, the project is located in close vicinity to tech parks, international schools, malls & hospitals.
Apranje Amara: Project Overview
Apranje Amara is located in Varthur region of East Bangalore. It can be reached via Varthur Main Road, taking 2nd cross to the HAL Airport Road/ Madivala Machideva Rd in Sector 3. While continuing on the Madivala Machideva Rd, one reaches Apranje Amara project site.
As informed, project is about to be launched with the approvals being obtained. The project would probably be delivered by 2018 as informed by the developer.
Apranje Amara: Apartment Types & Prices
Apranje Amara will accommodate 125 apartments consisting of 2 BHK & 3 BHK units ranging from 1200 sq.ft. to 1600 sq.ft. super built area. As inquired, the base price at the launch would probably be from Rs.4800 to Rs. 5000 per sq.ft. The layout plans & design will be finalized in due course.
Apranje Amara: Amenities
The developer has proposed many exciting amenities for its residents from private lifestyle terrace space to roof top swimming pool, and clubhouse to chill out, well-equipped gymnasium for the fitness freaks, guest rooms for visitors, jogging track, indoor/ outdoor sports for the sporty kind and a spacious party hall when it comes to organizing a gathering & play areas exclusively for kids. Services like in-house laundromat, car wash point, intercom & security, etc would also be there.
While the project is about to be launched, it has everything in the vicinity one would be looking out for. The project’s location makes it well-suited to being considered for real estate investment or even to settle down with one’s family. Also, the price range the developer is offering for these spacious luxury apartments is quite appealing. As inquired, the construction will start as soon as the approvals gets done which is likely to take few more months.
