And the fact that the site of the project is inaccessible as of now due to the fact that connecting bridges and roads are being constructed as we speak, the sales office is where the interested buyers are making their way to.

Why Chembur?

Radius Developers have launched the phase I of the project which has 8 towers with 34 floors. There are 11 studio and 1 BHK apartments per floor, and renowned architect Mr. Hafeez Contractor is the brain behind the designs. The company is trying to keep the apartments affordable, which is why there are no 2BHK apartments by design. But, for those who are looking for a 2 BHK, the option of combining 2 apartments and making a ‘jodi’ is available in this phase. Small sized units have been found to be a quick “Sell” in different market environments.

Only the towers 7 and 8 of the Phase I have been opened up for booking as of now, and the delivery date that is being promised is December, 2020. The company is offering as many as 100 amenities in the premises of Central Park, Chembur, and some that caught our attention are a botanical garden, cycling tracks, a business centre, hypermarkets and salons (within the premises of the project), an open air theatre, tree houses, etc.

The rate being offered is that of Rs. 11,600 per square foot of the saleable area, along with a Rs. 50 floor rise. The studio apartment has 221 square feet of carpet area, which works out to about 365 square feet of saleable area, and a price range above Rs. 50 lakhs, all inclusive. The 1 BHK apartments are available in 3 sizes – 380, 403, and 477 square feet of carpet area, which work out to 624, 660, and 787 square feet saleable area, respectively. And, the costs of these three variants work out to approximately Rs. 77 Lakhs, 79 Lakhs, and 94 Lakhs, respectively.

Finance Schemes available
Radius has entered into a tie-up with Punjab National Bank for the customers of project Central Park, Chembur, as per which, the buyers have to pay 5% down payment, after which the bank will pay 70% of the cost. And, once 24 slabs are built by the company, 20% of the cost has to be paid by the buyer, and the remaining 5% will be paid by PNB. The interest for the loan has to be borne by the buyers.
