The common areas and interiors of MARQ homes are tastefully done with designs that allow abundant natural light and breeze. The award winning architect behind Assetz MARQ, Mr. Ross Bonthorne,has thought of the plans in entirety and not limited his creativity and approach to a home unit. This has resulted in an efficient master plan for Assetz MARQ that provides for several utilities and facilities within the complex.

  • Smart and flexible Design : One can find at MARQ that space has been utilized prudently to create large, airy balconies, bedrooms, and living area. Moreover, there are provisions to interchange the living and dining rooms since the common areas within a dwelling unit are not pre-defined. Each floor is restricted to just 4 apartments and this ensures the residents can thoroughly enjoy their private space and can have better views. Further, inside the home units, the lobbies provided in the bedrooms give a sense of privacy from the living and dining area.   • Impressive common areas : Every building has a double height entrance lobby which overlooks the expansive, landscaped courtyards. Feature walls with combination of designer tiles and natural stone, double heighted and glazed external walls, designer false ceilings and an opulent waiting area are in place for common areas in MARQ homes. Every tall tower will have two fire staircases, smoke detectors and fire fighting systems and a Helipad for speedy evacuation. The low rise towers will have one fire staircase and fire fighting systems. The towers have been designed to have open spaces at ground level; this acts as an additional play area for children to play, right under their buildings. The residential zone is conveniently divided into 4 neighborhoods and towers inside the complex are of varying heights to maximize views, air flow and lighting. The driveways encircle the neighborhoods, schools and retail center, however don’t cross over from between the residential zones thereby adding to safety.
  • Environment friendly plan: Water retention plans aiming at zero discharge, collection of rain water from terraces  for further use, water recharge pits to enhance the level of underground water table, effective waste management system (which converts organic waste to manure), dedicated sewage treatment plant, electric vehicle charging points in basements to encourage use of emission free vehicles, and many such establishments create a sustainable environment. Further, a central linear park and areas around the perimeter with dense tree growth ensure abundant green space.
  • Ease of living : The Fibre-to-the-home technology put in place by CISCO, has been designed to bring about a seamless integration of security and services to the residents. The Kempegowda International Airport is around 30km from the project site; MG road, 22km. The nearest railway station is Whitefield which is 5km and the bustling KR Puram station is 10km.

Vydehi Hospital (1.4km) and Sathya Sai hospital (0.7km) are two popular healthcare centres in the vicinity of the project site, along with various clinics and pharmacies. MARQ has a dedicated school inside the township, but apart from that, there are well established schools in close proximity to the site; some of them are, Delhi Public School (Mallasandra village), EuroKids International (2km), Podar Jumbo Kids (2km) and many more, which make it a perfect place for a young family.The main highlight though remains with excellent connectivity, wide roads and easy accessibility of the property. Prices & Specifications of Assetz MARQ

MARQ boasts of a mixed use development consisting of 4 neighbourhoods which are coming up in 4 phases, with a common Retail Town Centre and a school. Phase I consists of 457 units of 2BHK and 3BHK apartments priced at Rs. 5,099/sqft; the size range of apartments will be 1,277 – 1,639 sqft. Accordingly, a 2BHK would cost around Rs. 79 lakhs and a 3BHK around Rs. 1Cr. The project was started in January 2015 of which, phase I is expected to be complete and ready for posession by October 2017. The entire township is said to be complete by the year 2022.

East Point unfolds over 7 acres of land, 3 towers and 10 apartment blocks. At just ~60 dwelling units to an acre East Point stands out as a low density apartment complex which offers some stunning views of East Bangalore. This 7 acre development is flanked on three sides by the tony address “Adarsh Palm Retreat Villas”. Thereby the East Point apartments enjoy a panoramic view which is unhindered by any tall construction in the vicinity. And this view is enjoyed best from the “Top” i.e. Penthouses and the expansive decks of the 3BHK Duplex apartments.

3BHK Duplex Apartment – These apartments come with a private terrace and measure 2,450 sq. ft and those without the terrace measure 2170 sq.ft. Upon entry into the apartment there is a double height foyer that lends privacy to others in the home. The kitchen (with utility) and living follow before one ventures into the dining which is of double height again. This aspect of the dining itself adds to the rich and premium feel of the apartment. Penthouses – Penthouses at Assetz East Point are select few. All these are of 3,400 sq. ft. and occupy 11th and 12th floors of certain towers. A double heighted foyer adds to privacy and grandeur of this unit. As one navigates further into the unit, the living and dining are seamlessly integrated with the open kitchen and utility. There is a servant room with toilet in this unit at lower level, next to stairs. Master bedroom on the lower level is next to the dining and both these have a balcony attached to them. There is a second bed room on this floor itself. As one climbs up to the upper level he is greeted by the family lounge that opens up into the 2 bedrooms on this floor, one of them being another master bed room. On our recent visit to the construction site of the upcoming apartment complex by the Assetz Group at Yeshwanthpur, West Bangalore, we recorded what we saw on site as series of annotated sketches.  The Assetz Lumos project is coming up in the heart of the bustling industrial suburb of Yeshwanthpur, which is in close proximity to important business and recreational landmarks.
