Vasant Oasis is built on a huge 18 acre freehold land which consists of nineteen towers of 22 storeys with a total of a mind-numbing 1738 apartments. Since a project of this scale requires divided and specific attention, the entire plot constructions were divided into three phases. Phase 1 has six towers which are ready to move in. The possession to these 858 apartments began in July 2016. Some towers in Phase 2 and 3, such as Lilium have been launched and the other towers have varied expected possession dates ranging from July 2017 through to December 2022.

The project caters to different strata of financial capabilities with configurations of one, two, two and a half and three bedroom apartments throughout the nineteen towers. In general, the towers house three elevators – two public and one service. Parking facilities are provided at three levels, podium one, podium two and stilt. The 22 storeys rise above these parking levels. The different towers have four to seven apartments per floor based on the apartment configurations in the respective tower you wish to look at.

The apartments have vitrified tile flooring except for the master bedroom that has laminated wooden flooring. The rooms are spacious and proper ventilation is available. The kitchen area has granite platform with stainless steel sink. The electrical fittings are aesthetic with concealed copper wiring along with modular switches. The apartments are airy and never feel congested among the nineteen towers.

Vasant Oasis is a good option if you wish to have an apartment in Mumbai at affordable rates when you look at the exorbitant prices for homes in the city without compromising on the luxuries that demand such high prices. For the completed apartments, the rates stand at 25000 Indian Rupees per square foot with an additional 125 rupees floor rise per storey. In today’s time when constructing lone towers for residences has become the norm in the congested spaces of Mumbai, a colony spanning 19 towers right at the city’s centre is an achievement by itself.
