The project is located in the area of Pisoli in south Pune and is in close proximity to some of the best schools, malls and also, near workplaces of prospective residents. VTP Urban Rise is one of VTP Realty’s many projects in the area, which include VTP Urban Space, VTP Urban Nest and VTP Celesta.

VTP Urban Rise is registered under Maharashtra RERA, with registration number as P52100000278. The project is fast approaching completion, with possession due to be handed over by June 2018. It offers 1.5 and 2 BHK apartments, spread across 2 towers of 12 and 11 storeys respectively. The homes come with elegant 800X800 mm vitrified tile flooring, branded sanitaryware and fittings, top class security features and low maintenance textured paint finshing on the exteriors. VTP, being a key supplier of construction raw material, ensures good construction quality and timely delivery of homes.

The project also comes with many amenities such as a swimming pool, amphitheatre, party lawn, senior citizens’ area and a kids play area. It also offers 24X7 power backup for common areas and an elegant entrance lobby with waiting lounge in each building.

VTP Urban Rise is located in the micro-market of Pisoli. Pisoli, along with its neighbours Undri and NIBM Road, have seen a major facelift in recent years with many apartment projects, schools and malls coming up here, to cater to the strong demand for housing in Pune in general and south Pune in particular. In addition, Pisoli is surrounded by the beautiful Sahyadri Hills, which is a major positive of the location. The project is located a short drive away from the Hadapsar-Katraj bypass road and one needs to follow the road signs to the project carefully to arrive at the site.

Public transportation i.e. bus connectivity is up to the aforementioned bypass road, though prospective residents will be well-served to use their own vehicles or avail of cabs for travel. Pune Railway Station is 11 km from the project, while the airport is at a distance of 18 km. Major highways such as Pune-Solapur-Hyderabad Road and the MumbaiBangalore highway are within 10 km from here and one can reach these easily, without needing to pass through the city traffic.

VTP Urban Rise is a good living option for IT professionals working in SP Infocity (10 km) or Magarpatta City (11 km), as well as for people working in the business and industrial hub of Hadapsar (10 km).

VTP Urban Rise: Social Conveniences

If one makes a list of places to reside in south Pune, Pisoli would be near the top of it and with good reason. Pisoli and Undri boast of some of the best service providers in the city, which makes living here a very comfortable option. Many of Pune’s best schools such as Bishop’s School (2 km), RIMS International School (2.5 km), Delhi Public School (4 km), Amanora International (1 km), Pawar Public School (1.6 km) and Vibgyor High School (4 km) are within close proximity of VTP Urban Rise. The same can be said of higher educational institutions such as VIT College (6 km) and Bharati Vidyapeeth University (7 km).

Malls such as Dorabjee Royale Heritage Mall (5 km), shopping centres such as Vishal Mega Mart and Reliance Mart (both 8 km) and Pune’s prime shopping destination of MG Road (9 km) are easily approachable from here. For medical care, residents can choose from among Inamdar Hospital (5.5 km), Ruby Hall Clinic (7 km), Noble Hospital (9 km) and Bharati Hospital (7 km). Hence, all the facilities a resident looks for are available near the project.

VTP Urban Rise: Project Overview

VTP Urban Rise ia a compact project, which occupies an area of 2.05 acres. The project consists of 2 buildings A and B, of which the former has 12 residential levels, while the latter has 11. Each building has 8 apartments per level, making for a total of 182 apartments in all. The complex also has two amenity areas, one between the buildings and the other behind.

The project was launched in 2015 and is nearing its possession date, which is set for June 2018. When I visited, I could see that work on the exteriors of the two buildings was almost complete, while the clubhouse was coming up. The entrance lobbies were complete and looked large and welcoming, while interior work was on in the apartments. Also, the project is registered under Maharashtra RERA, with its registration number as P52100000278.

VTP Urban Rise offers 1.5 BHK and 2 BHK residences, which are equally divided on each residential level in both buildings. The corner apartments are 2 BHK, while those in the middle are 1.5 BHK. The 1.5 BHK apartments come with a study room in addition to the bedroom. All apartments are designed to be open, allowing the sunlight to stream in and use available space wisely, providing more livable area for residents.

VTP Realty, the project’s developers, are also major suppliers of raw materials and this offers residents of their projects a much-needed dual benefit of getting timely possession of their homes as well as strict control over construction quality. Their expertise in construction also reflects in the specifications of homes in this project, which appear to far exceed those of other projects within a similar price range.

All rooms in an apartment at VTP Urban Rise comes with elegant 800X800 mm vitrified tile flooring, which adds to the beauty of the home. In addition, textured paint has been used for the apartment’s exterior, ensuring greater weather resistance and lesser maintenance. The bathroom fittings are of well-regarded brands such as Jacquar, while the electrical switches are modular ones of Anchor brand. Homes will have intercom facility as well as a video door phone and gas leak detector for residents’ safety.

One of the stand-out features which I found during my visit was the spacious and elegant-looking entrance lobby in each building. This comes with a waiting lounge and gives a positive first impression of the project. It is also part of the 3 tier security framework provided, which operates at the level of the main gate, building lobby and apartment itself.

The developer has offered 24X7 power backup for common areas as well as the lift. In addition, the complex comes with 2 amenity areas. The one in the center includes a clubhouse (with a swimming pool and indoor games room) as well as a party lawn and an amphitheatre. The area behind the buildings comes with a children’s play area, a senior citizens’ area and a playground with gazebo seating.

Conclusion

VTP Urban Rise is aimed at those home buyers looking for affordable options near their workplace in south and east Pune, who at the same time, want more value for their money. Considering VTP Realty’s reputation for delivering quality projects within time and with features and amenities similar to those seen in more luxury projects, it does seem to tick these boxes. One can consider this project as an interesting option should they be working in the vicinity.

  1. Did you not seen the work is not completed yet and the builder which promised was not fulfilled. People are struggling to get their house. They are feeling betrayed and you are saying they are good. The builder is not listening to the buyer they are not ready to meet. People who are suffering you should met those and than should write an article about the builder.
