Construction work at Joyville Virar started in June 2017. The project will have 1256 units in 4 Towers of 22 storeys and 3 towers with 3 podium levels + 19 storeys. Joyville Virar is the only such project with 3 level Podium in micro market. It will use the latest in construction technology such as MIVON technology for smooth finish. The pace of construction will be fast yet of the best quality.

The land area is close to 7.2 acres, with 50% open spaces, making it the least dense projects in Virar. In fact, the surroundings close to the boundary of Joyville are mostly green lush lands with medium-density growth of grass, making the location free from noise and pollution. The surroundings will also be beautified by Shapoorji in a bid to make Joyville more aesthetically appealing to its residents. The views all around Joyville Virar will be verdant landscapes, both natural and man-made.

Out of the seven proposed towers, construction of three towers has begun. Joyville Summit has three offerings: Its 2 BHK Delight and Grande units are the same as Pinnacle.  Additionally, it also offers 3 BHK Luxe with carpet area of 765 sq. ft.
