Lodha Amara was in launched in July 2015 and is based on the concept of ‘New Urbanism’, which focuses on human-scaled urban design. It involves principles on which the towns and cities were built all these years- having walk-able blocks and streets, housing and shopping in close proximity, and accessible public spaces.
Lodha Amara greets the visitors through a wide, well-guarded entrance. It has a total of 37 wings, divided in three phases. Each phase has its own clubhouse, apart from the main ‘grand’ clubhouse for the entire project. Each building is 27 storeys tall and has 6 apartments per floor along with 2 elevators and 2 staircases. The standout feature of the buildings is that they have been designed in an alternate T-shape. This ensures complete privacy for each apartment. The design also facilitates wider views and better circulation of light and ventilation.

The 3 BHKs are available as Jodi flats and start from the 22nd floor of the buildings.
