The New Haven Ribbon Walk residential project spans 15 acres of land parcel which is located right next to the serene Mambakkam Lake. Its design philosophy revolves around the shape of a ribbon. Location and Connectivity

As mentioned before Mambakkam is situated in close proximity to the OMR road in Chennai. This provides ease of access to GST Road, another IT destination in Chennai, and outer ring road as well. The project is located on Vandalur-Kelambakkam High Road, which is an important connectivity between OMR Road and GST Road. Mambakkam has access to rail, road and air transport. Valandur Railway Station is 11 kms away, Meenabakkam Airport is 28 kms away and the Keelkotaiyur Bus Stop is 3 kms away.

Additionally, a 10 lane road widening project has been proposed on the existing 6-Lane OMR road which will ease traffic on this arterial route. An upcoming Japanese township of 1500 acres in the vicinity is expected to house nearly 40,000 families and enhance the community aspect of this town as well as draw government focus towards further infrastructural development.

Social Infrastructure

In terms of social amenities, New Haven Ribbon Walk located in Mambakkam doesn’t want for much. Educational options include Velammal Global School (1.5 kms), Vellore Institute of Technology (0.8 kms) and Sri Ramanujar Engineering College Chennai (6 kms). The 2 BHK smart in this configuration can also be viewed as a 1.5 BHK since it offers a smaller bedroom. Vitrified tiling has been provided in living room and bedroom while kitchen has anti-skid vitrified tile floor and bathroom/toilet has anti-skid ceramic flooring. Walls and ceiling in the living room have been painted with premium quality emulsion. The kitchen features an exhaust fan, granite platform and stainless steel sink with drain board. Superior quality CP fitting and sanitary appliances have been povided in the bathroom/toilet as well as a 15 ltr. A storage geyser in the master bathroom. All rooms feature concealed wiring and sufficient electrical points have been provided, switches are modular, and A/C point has been provided in living and bedrooms.

Tata Value Homes have packed in quite a few modern amenities in the New Haven Ribbon Walk project. The clubhouse is a modern free form structure which will house the indoor games. Also, the project was launched in Jun’15 and the tentative date for possession would be Dec’18 for under-development phase.
