TATA Aveza: Location and Social Infrastructure
TATA Aveza is located in Mulund East, right opposite the Navghar Police Station. Another landmark close to the site is the MHADA Colony Bus Stop. It is clearly visible from the Eastern Express Highway, which is just 0.6 kms away from the site.

The Eastern Express Highway connects CST to Thane and is one of the most important arterial roads of Mumbai Metropolitan Region. It also further connects to Navi Mumbai via Mulund-Airoli Road and the Western Suburbs via JVLR. The Mulund Railway Station is also not too far away, just 1.7 kms from the site. The Phase 1 of the Mumbai Metro will run approximately 10 minutes away from the project. As we can see, travel and connectivity will be convenient through both transport modes- the roadways and railways.

Essential Infrastructure such as schools, colleges and malls are also at an accessible distance from the project. Some schools close to the site are: Nalanda Public School [2.3 kms], SKKE School [3.7 kms], St. Mary’s Convent [4.8 kms], DAV International School [5.8 kms] and NES International School [6 kms]. Some hospitals are: Hira M Navneet Hospital [3.7 kms], Platinum Hospital [3.9 kms], Fortis Hospital [4.4 kms] and ESIS Hospital [4.9 kms]. For shopping and recreation, R- Mall is located just 4.3 km away from the project site.

TATA Aveza is being developed over 8.5 acres of land parcel, out of which 5 acres has been used for construction and 3.5 acres has been used for open area and amenities. The project is also an IGBC [Indian Green Building Council] Gold Rated project.

The first phase of development consists of towers A, B and C. The second phase will roll out tower D, while there is more to come [Tower E and F] in future development as well. Tower A is 42 storeys, B is 35 storeys and C is also 42 storeys tall.
Each tower has 6 apartments per floor, along with 4 elevators and 2 staircases. The mid-landings of the staircases will also have a servant’s toilet.

TATA Aveza: Apartment Layout and Prices
TATA Aveza offers 2, 2.5 and 3 BHK apartments in its first phase of development. The apartments have a well designed layout with spacious rooms. There are also appropriately placed openings for ample natural light and cross- ventilation. The living room and master bedroom will also get a semi-circular 5 feet wide deck for residents to enjoy some outdoor spaces in their homes.

TATA Aveza: Amenities
TATA Aveza project comes with a 60,000 sq. ft. clubhouse, the biggest in the vicinity. This clubhouse will also come with a golf course on the rooftop, a mini-theatre and a cafe. Health conscious residents will have access to a gymnasium, health spa and yoga/aerobics room. Sports enthusiasts can avail amenities such as indoor games room, table tennis, pool, snooker, badminton court, squash court, half basketball court and tennis court. If residents wish to spend a relaxed evening, there are also spaces such as seating and reading areas, topiary gardens, jogging track and landscaped gardens. Different age groups are also taken care of in spaces such as senior citizen’s garden and kids play room. The gardens also have traffic free children’s play area. For community events and celebrations, there are provisions of multipurpose hall and party/ event lawns.
The special feature in all these amenities is the elevated sky bridge, which will connect all three towers on the 36th floor. The sky bridge too will include some recreational amenities such as seating corner, games area, timber yoga deck and cafe tables. There will also be a recreational zone on the 15th floor in the middle tower- B, which will have areas such as reading nook, seating area, chess area, study centre and a rubberized play area with seating.

Conclusion
A project with an excellent location, good choice of configurations and a host of amenities- TATA Aveza can surely be given a serious thought if these all are your primary requirements. The buyer will be a part of a gated complex by a well known and trustworthy name in the realty market.
