Location & Connectivity

Divine City will come up in Magadu, a town in Chennai which is well known for the devotion of thousands of people at the famous Amman temple. Magadu is located in West Porur and residents of Divine City can reach Porur in 15 mins. From here one can take the Porur flyover to reach Guindy (30 mins) or Vadapalani (30 mins) or take Arcot road to Valasaravakkam (30 mins). Many manufacturing units such as Dover India, Schneider, Johnson Lifts are located approximately 5 kms from Divine City.

Divine City itself is located off Mt. Poonamallee Road, just 10 mins from Outer Ring Road (ORR) and the Bangalore Highway NH4. This offers residents great connectivity to all parts of Chennai. The ORR provides connectivity to IT Hubs such as DLF IT Park and Olympia IT Park, as well as to Oragadam which is the biggest automobile manufacturing hub in Asia, home to large facilities of Renault-Nissan and Daimler India. Divine City has been envisaged as a 30 acre sprawling mini city. The masterplan’s scope provides 2600 residences spread across row houses and numerous apartment towers, 4 grand clubhouses and a shopping complex. The mini city itself will be dominated by a grand arched entrance. Growth of Investment

Mangadu is expected to see a lot of growth in the future with various infrastructure plans in place. These include plans for rapid development to improve connectivity. The upcoming Metro Phase 2 station will be just a few kms away. The Chennai-Bangalore Industrial Corridor (CBIC) Project is expected to drive growth around NH4. The upcoming Maduravoyal-Port Expressway will connect to the heart of the city in 15 minutes. As such, an investment now would appreciate and yield much returns in just five years.

The current price of properties in Mangadu is still 30-50% lower than nearby localities. With these upcoming infra projects the prices are set to increase.
