Sahajanand Arista is located in Goregaon West, Mumbai, very close to the Ram Mandir Railway Station and next to the SV Road which connects the entire suburban region of the city from Bandra to Dahisar West. The street branching from the SV Road next to the project connects the SV Road to the New Link Road which is another north-south connectivity option. The under construction Metro Line from Dahisar West to Mankhurd through Bandra will pass over this Link Road. The project comprises of three towers. Tower A & B are 21 storeys tall and tower C has 46 levels. The apartments are spacious and well ventilated. The project is expected to be ready by December 2021 after being launched in 2013. As of November 2017, you can see the project site under construction with over 40% of the construction being complete. For buying the apartments they have two modes. In the 10:80:10 scheme, the homeowners pay 10% of the apartment prices upfront while the balance is payable two years later. Thus the booking prices are 18 lakh INR for 2 bedroom apartments and 25 lakh for 3 bedroom apartments. The other mode is linked to the construction of the project. The prices rise as the project nears completion.

Sahajanand Arista has one of the better locations in the city with great connectivity around the city by bus, train and the upcoming metro line which is also supposed to be ready by 2022 at the latest.
