Ruparel Ariana is located between the Hindmata Flyover and the Eastern Freeway. The Hindmata flyover road becomes the Eastern Express Highway further north while the Eastern Freeway connects to the Old Vashi Bridge. The project is very close to the Sewri Hospital and the Indian Cancer Society. Other notable hospitals in the area include Tata Memorial Hospital and Sewri Cross Road Hospital. The project has many places of worship close by such as temples, mosques and churches. The famous Siddhivinayak Temple in Dadar West is also within easy reach. The biggest landmark around Ruparel Ariana is the L&T Crescent Bay.

The Elphinstone Road Railway Station on the western line, the Parel Railway Station on the central line and the Sewri Railway Station on the Harbour line are all within a ten minute walking radius from Ruparel Ariana making rail connectivity the chosen mode of transport for a majority of the residents in the neighbourhood.
