Omkar Ananta is located in the Santosh Nagar area of Goregaon East. One can reach the tower from three different routes depending on where one is coming from. If arriving from the north one can choose the turn off the WEH at Oberoi Mall and go via the Film City road; approximately 3 kms. The other two options are viable if one is coming from the south or from Goregaon station and turn off the WEH onto Aarey Road or Mohan Gokhale Road; 2.5 kms each from the WEH. Goregaon station is on the Western Railway which provides north-south connectivity. The Nesco IT Park and Nirlon Knowledge IT Park are in Goregaon along the WEH. BEST buses, auto rickshaws and private taxi and bus operators offer commute options to and from Ananta and the railway station as well as to various parts of the city.

The WEH also provides north-south connectivity. Moreover, the upcoming Metro 7 will traverse along it and augment the connectivity and ease traffic on the road. A metro station is expected to come up near the Oberoi Mall. The Aarey Road close by provides connectivity to the business hubs of Powai, SEEPZ and Saki Naka as well as to the Jogeshwari-Vikhroli Link Road (JVLR) which connects to the eastern suburbs and business hubs of Vikhroli and Ghatkopar. Currently the Mulund-Goregaon Link Road provides the most optimal route, connecting the eastern and western suburbs. The distance of this route is set to be reduced dramatically by the proposed tunnel which will pass under the national park and will go from Dindoshi in Goregaon to LBS Marg in Mulund. Commuting in and around Goregaon East will certainly receive a boost from these infrastructural developments.
