Sector 78 in Noida is primarily a residential area and Mahagun Moderne stands in close proximity to its fellow residential projects Mahagun Mezzaria and Mahagun Mirabella and other prominent residential projects like Hyde Park and Aditya Urban Casa.

One of the striking features of Mahagun Moderne’s location is the accessibility and the superb connectivity Sector 78 has to most of the highways. Travelling is much easier here as the distance between Sector 78 and Noida City Center is just 7 km. The Link Road (distance 4.7 km) merges into the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway on one end and ends in Vikas Marg near Noida Sector 71 while intersecting with Dadri Main Road in the middle. It takes about one hour to cover the 37.4 km distance between Mahagun Moderne and Indira Gandhi International Airport via Link Road. Alternative routes like Mahatma Gandhi Ring Road (distance 34.6 km) and Outer Ring Road (distance 35.8 km) take an extra ten minutes due to heavy traffic.

Mahagun Moderne spans across a 25 acres area with highly aesthetic features embodied in the intricately designed structures. There is imported marble flooring in the living, dining and lobby areas and vitrified tiles flooring in the bedrooms. The tiles used here have low porosity, which reduces moisture absorption and can be laid down in just two days, saving time and effort. The provision of a limited false ceiling throughout the interior adds aesthetics to the unit and maximises unobstructed qualities of the space. The kitchen and washrooms have been finished in granite and marble, which lend a feel of luxury.

The view from every apartment is different. While most of the rooms face green areas and the swimming pool, others face the connecting road to Link Road and other projects across the road.

There is one covered parking which comes with the apartment and additional charges are applicable for single mechanical parking (INR 5,00,000/-), back to back parking (INR 6,00,000/-) and tow wheeler parking (INR 25,000/-).
