About Nathani Group

Nathani Supariwala Realty as a real estate construction company began their journey in 2006, though the Nathani Group already had their presence in other businesses such as transportation and textiles. The Managing Director of the group is Mr. Abdul Hamid Abdul Majid Nathani who started his career in the transportation business after graduating from commerce and in 2006 joined hands with Mr. Aasif Kassam Supariwala and Mr. Nadeem Kassam Supariwala to begin their venture in real estate. Nathani Heights: Apartment Layout

Nathani Heights has been designed to accommodate four residences per level. They offer three and four bedroom apartments to the residents. The elevators are claimed to be the fastest in India covering 6 metres per second and manufactured by Hitachi. The apartments are spacious and the area for the four bedrooms is almost double of the three bedroom residence. The three bedroom apartments are offered in two variants i.e. including or excluding terrace.

The facilities inside the apartments include cupboards, gas line, intercom facility, power back up, video door phones, a separate washing machine area and the modular kitchen. Standard electrical fittings are also provided by the developers. The prices for the apartments in Nathani Heights are floating at a rate of 35000 to 38000 per square foot which comes to a minimum price of 4.55 crores and the upper limit of 9.5 crores. Possession is estimated to be given out in December 2020.
