Wherein, a 4 BHK would be on the same floor along with the 2 jodi apartments. A 2 BHK will consist of 1 bedroom, 1 master bedroom, living room, deck, dry balcony, kitchen and 2 washrooms. The 3 BHK of the project costs around Rs. 7.81 Cr. to 7.84 Cr. and offers a carpet area of 1420 sq. ft. to 1426 sq. ft.
