Furthermore, apartments in the Signature tower have certain exclusive features which include 12 feet high ceilings amongst others. These units are priced between Rs. 9 and 10 crores.

The remaining towers have been designed with 24 floors, a podium, 3 levels of parking and a mix of 2, 2.5, 3 and 4 BHK flats. These 4 BHKs are considered standard compared to the premium lake-facing ones and are priced from Rs. 6 to 8 crores. The prices of the rest of the flats range between Rs. 4 to 5 crores. I was informed that all but 15-20 flats have been sold which indicates the overwhelming demand for such luxury accommodations as well as the brand name of L&T associated with their renowned engineering and sturdy structures.

It is within close proximity to the business hubs of both Powai and Andheri (East). One can access this luxury property from Andheri (E) via the Saki Vihar road which begins from the Saki Naka Metro station or from either Jogeshwari on the western side or Vikhroli on the central side via the JVLR.
