Thereby residents can enjoy lush greenery and the cool water bodies embellishing the common area in the property. Though so many good things would appear as too good to be true, it cannot be ignored that Lodha Developers have been associated with several marquee properties in the past such as World One, Lodha Bellissimo etc. Lodha is known to be leading the pack when it comes to conceiving, designing and marketing properties in Mumbai.

These luxuries do come for a price and current prices in the apartments already inhabited in the project is in the range of Rs.17000-22000 per sq ft. as per some of the listings in the property sites.

It is being said on the various forums on the internet that there is a single day pre-launch opportunity on 21st March, 2016 from 8 am onwards at the venue as the company tries to cash on the Gudi Padwa festive fervor. During this period there won’t be any floor rise charges which will be applicable on the product.

With this project now reaching final stages Lodha will have developed another landmark property in Mumbai’s suburbs.
