Callista: Location and Connectivity

Callista is situated in Andheri, a western suburb of Mumbai. The exact location is the Gundavali village in Andheri East adjacent to the highway. The project overlooks the Western Express Highway which connects the entire span of the city from north to south. The Andheri-Kurla Road and the Jogeshwari-Vikhroli Link Road for west to east transit are also good options to connect to the city’s eastern suburbs. MIDC and SEEPZ are two highly important industrial areas close to the project. The Western Express Highway Metro station is roughly 700 metres to the south of the project and the Andheri Metro station and Andheri Railway station are approximately 1.5 kilometres which is a 10 minute walk from the project.

The metro line 7, which is under construction, will connect Andheri east to Dahisar east along the highway, which makes it an important upcoming transport facility. The domestic and international airport terminals are also a fifteen minute drive making Callista a very well connected residential complex. The BEST bus services regularly ply around the locality providing further impetus to connectivity. Rickshaws are also readily available for transport up to Andheri station and other locations around the city. Callista has a double heighted entrance lobby which makes it look grand. A clubhouse boasting of an expansive 4000 square feet is provided by the developers for the residents at Callista. Facilities provided for the residents include a business centre for meetings, a library, a restaurant, yoga room, table tennis room, carrom room, spa, salon and swimming pool. The top level of Callista has their fully equipped gymnasium as well. There are provisions for car parking in the 2 basement levels.

Outside the campus there are plenty of shopping options with the farthest feasible place being the Oberoi Mall in Goregaon close to the highway. A Cinemax movie theatre is close to Callista apart from Sangam multiplex in Chakala. For everyday needs, the Old Nagardas Road is a good shopping point where everything from appliance mechanics to vegetable vendors are available. There are a number of 5-star hotels in the vicinity including The Leela and Hyatt Regency.There are a number of temples, schools like the Bombay Cambridge School and Holy Family School and Junior College and healthcare facilities in the neighbourhood as well. These features of the area and amenities in the complex promise an enjoyable life at Callista.

The project has one tower consisting of 16 habitable storeys with one bedroom and three bedroom luxury apartments to choose from. All the apartments are Vaastu compliant. The total number of residences is close to 150. An overwhelming majority of the residences are the three bedroom configuration. Every level contains 10 three bedroom apartments and 1 one bedroom apartment apart from 3 public elevators and 2 service elevators. The topmost storey as mentioned above has the gymnasium.
