The project is being developed in three phases over a huge land parcel. Phase 1 is already completed and many families are already residing there. Phase 2 is ready for possession, with the Occupancy Certificate (OC) received by the developer. It comprises of 2 buildings, each having 12 residential levels, with 4 apartments on each level. All homes in this phase are 2 BHK and are in ready to move in state. Phase 3, a single tower project with 13 residential floors is expected to be completed by September 2019. Already RERA registered, this phase will have exclusive 1.5 BHK apartments.

One of the standout aspects of living in Tata La Montana and one, which I noticed during my visit, was the sheer natural beauty around it. Right behind the project are the lovely green Sahyadri Hills, providing a pleasing sight to residents as they wake up in the morning. Particularly during the monsoon season, when waterfalls begin to appear on these hills, a distinct charm is visible.

In addition, the project is at a significant elevation and offers both a pleasant climate around the year as well as great views of the surrounding areas. In fact, Talegaon is at a higher altitude than the popular hill station of Lonavala nearby. Thanks to this greater altitude and far lesser pollution in the area, the air quality around this project is far better than other places. The Spanish themed balcony railing designs and the light fixtures installed on the project walkway further add to the attractiveness of the project. This, again, makes this project ideal for a holiday home.

Tata La Montana: Location & Connectivity

Tata La Montana is located just off the Mumbai-Pune-Bangalore highway NH4 and is actually between the towns of Talegaon and Vadgaon. If coming from Pune, one needs to take a left turn at the signboard of the project to arrive at its impressive entrance gate. Being located on the highway, away from the humdrum of Pune or even Talegaon for that matter, is the biggest USP of the project. Some other details regarding the project’s location and connectivity are mentioned below:
