Kanakia Levels is located in Malad East which is a northern suburban region in Mumbai. The project is ideally situated to provide great options in terms of connectivity to every nook and corner of the city. The Malad railway station provides north to south connectivity by rail while the Western Express Highway (WEH) does the same by road. Via the WEH, the domestic and international terminals of Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport are at a twenty minutes’ drive time from the complex. The upcoming Metro 7 line of the Mumbai Metro from Dahisar East to Andheri East is currently under construction and will pass along the Western Express Highway adding to the attractiveness of the project in terms of connectivity. In terms of public transport, autorickshaws and the Mumbai BEST buses provide travel options to all parts of the city.

Social Infrastructure

Kanakia Levels is located in an area of Malad East where there are a host of social and civic amenities. Kanakia Levels: Apartment Layout

Kanakia Levels was launched in January 2013 by Kanakia Spaces and the completion of the project and possession of the apartments are expected by October 2019. The project is composed of a 41 storey structure designed by Master Architect Daniel Hsia from Singapore and Landscape Architect Tectonix, Thailand and has a total number of 473 apartments. Thus, this is a pretty large-scale project that Kanakia have envisioned. The entire project has been developed around the concept of ‘Neo Luxury’ which provides an unconventional, fresher luxury living experience for its residents by blending contemporary design and modern engineering.

The residential apartments come in 3 configurations at Kanakia Levels. The buyers have the option of choosing the two-bedroom, three bedroom or four-bedroom apartments spread across 3 wings. Wing A has 3 apartments – 2 are 4 BHK and 1 is 3 BHK. Wing B has 4 apartments – 3 are 3 BHK apartments and a single 2 BHK unit. Finally, Wing C has the highest number of apartments per floor which is 6; one of each configuration – 4 units of 3 BHK and one each of 2 and 4 BHK units. Thus, Kanakia has the maximum number of 3 and 4 BHK apartments.

All the apartments are Vaastu compliant. The main door of the apartments is hardwood frame with polished flush door shutters. The walls have oil bound distemper except for the washrooms and the kitchen area which have ceramic Dado tiles and Glazed Dado tiles. Branded CP fittings and sanitary ware have been provided in the washrooms, and the kitchen has granite platform and a stainless-steel sink. The apartment flooring is made up of vitrified tiles in the living room, all the bedrooms, kitchen and balcony while the washrooms have ceramic tiles. The apartments in general are spacious. The entire land plot is 2.88 acres. Such a huge land piece is bound to have excellent ventilation which adds to the airy feeling of the residences.
