Recently PropStory team visited this sprawling 20 acres residential project to bring the latest updates.
Vipul Aarohan – a PropStory Site Visit
Aarohan, which literally translates into “Ascent”, is the most iconic and ambitious new project in this area. It is situated in the up-market Golf Course Road, where Vipul Group has already delivered a premium residential project called Belmonte. Agora Mall on MG Road and Tatvam Villas in Sector 48 are other well-known offerings by Vipul Group, which is also present in cities like Ludhiana, Bhubaneswar and Faridabad.
Golf Course Road witnesses non-stop traffic throughout the day. But to keep away from the on-road hubbub, Aarohan has a 200 metres buffer stretch – replete with trees and fountains – between the grand main entrance and the residential zone. Their team at Vipul Aarohan would ensure a smooth, hassle-free work on the remaining phases while occupancy would commence simultaneously in the first 3 towers.
During our visit, we could find on-site work progressing steadily in the 3-level basement, with excavation complete. Concreting work is fast progressing, as there is a batching plant on the site itself. The overall site infrastructure and high-tech equipment deployed indicate strict adherence to precision, quality, and eventually, the completion timeline. We also took a look inside the exclusive sales gallery close to the entrance, and a 3 BHK mock-up flat.
Vipul Aarohan: Commute and Neighbourhood
Being located on the Golf Course Road, future residents can easily commute to any part of the city from the site. Additionally one can find several well-known residential projects around Aarohan’s entrance in this sought-after locality. For occupying the requisite parking lot that comes at a price of Rs. 6 Lacs, Audi and Porsche showrooms are at a stone’s throw! Other major public transport hubs like IGI Airport-Terminal 3 (23 kms) or Gurgaon Railway Station (16 kms), are just a few minutes’ drive. Vipul Aarohan is a walk-able 700 metres from Sector 53-54 Rapid Metro station, the nearest public transit spot. Talking about landmarks, the famous One Horizon Center office building and the luxury Ibis Hotel are within 1.5 kms.
Among renowned schools, Delhi Public School is just 6 km away from the project, while The Shri Ram School, Suncity and Heritage Schools are also close by. For recreational needs, there is DLF Mega Mall at 4.2 kms, South Point Mall within a kilometre and plenty of high-end restaurants and posh hangout places within a 5 km radius. The extremely popular Galleria Market in DLF Phase IV and Supermart are also a 10-minutes drive from Aarohan.
Vipul Aarohan manages to stand apart as one of the most innovative upcoming projects along Golf Course Road, which has limited new launches with way higher price points.

The PropStory team got an impressive preview of a tastefully designed 3 BHK sample flat during the visit. Also a friend called me up checking for my views on the property – Vipul Aarohan. So it was a no brainer that I had to be one of the first to assess what the buzz was all about.
The word Aarohan originates from Sanskrit and it means to ascend or to rise. That’s exactly what Vipul has to offer in its upcoming project. Exclusivity at its best and location beyond compare! Vipul Group has launched its fifth project on the most sought after location of Gurgaon- The Golf Course Road. The group has been delivering landmark projects for over 14 years in residential as well as the commercial sector. With 10 million square feet delivered and another 4 million square feet under-construction, the firm is geared to reach new heights with its latest residential project at Gurgaon.
The property spans 19.25 acres which provides ample opportunities for a well-designed apartment complex.
