Phase 1 of the project comprises 6 towers B1-B6, where bookings have already started for towers B1-B4. Blocks A1 and A2 would be part of Phase 2. A visit to the on-site sales gallery provided comprehensive information on the wellness features such as:

  • Apartment specific – Advanced air and water purifiers, Vitamin-C infused showers and use of non-toxic paints. To begin with, they are being introduced in apartments in Tower B1.

Roadblocks that held back few of the land-acquisition and clearance issues have now been sorted to put the completion of Dwarka Expressway on fast-track mode. In a few years’ time Sectors 112-113, which are 0 km from South Delhi, will be home to luxury apartments like TATA Gurgaon Gateway and La Vida that provide state-of-the-art amenities presently not found elsewhere in Delhi.

TATA La Vida : an Overview of the Location and its Connectivity

Sector 113 is one of the first major residential neighbourhoods situated on the left hand side, when we enter Gurgaon from Dwarka via Najafgarh-Kapashera Road after the MCD Toll Booth. TATA Gurgaon Gateway is located right opposite TATA La Vida in Sector 112, across the 60 m wide Najafgarh-Bajghera Road. This arterial road also serves as the point of entry for both the projects. Mainly comprising vast expanses of idyllic greenery, Sector 113 is not only the proverbial “Gateway” to Gurgaon, but also a ‘getaway’ from the dense urban sprawls of Delhi and other parts of NCR. It only helps that TATA La Vida is planned around the founding philosophy of wellness, which will help create a residential society conducive to healthy living even after infrastructure development and traffic grow manifold in this neighbourhood by 2021.

Connectivity is ensured by the very arterial thoroughfare on which TATA La Vida is located. A feature worth noting is that the site is located at the convergence of another 60 m wide sector road which turns rightwards along the boundary of TATA La Vida to merge with the Delhi stretch of Dwarka Expressway. Currently this recently-declared National Highway, also known as Northern Peripheral Road, is 1.5 km from the project site.

Sector 21 Metro (Blue Line and Express Metro) is 7 km from here. After completion of the Delhi stretch of Dwarka Expressway, this distance would reduce to 5 km. Further, a metro station is proposed in Sector 111, less than 3 km from TATA La vida. IGI Airport T-3 is about 16 km. The office hub of Cyber City on NH8 presently takes about 25 minutes to reach. The current distance of 14+ km would be shortened to 11 km after the Railway-Crossing flyover near Sector 110 is completed in 2018. Handovers of the flats at La Vida would take place by 2021, giving sufficient time for the construction works on the surrounding infrastructure to get accomplished.

For the time being, a more convenient option to reach NH 8 is through the Najafgarh-Kapashera Road. While going by a taxi/cab, toll is charged for entering Delhi border. But for private vehicles this is unarguably the best route with well-maintained roads that traverse vast expanses of farmhouses, most of them converted to picturesque wedding venues.

Other schools like Delhi International and the Indian Heights in Dwarka Sector 23 are ~7 km away.

Considering options for recreation, Sector markets of Palam Vihar and Ansal Plaza are presently the nearest retail hubs (3-4 km). The under-construction commercial belt in Sectors 109 and 114 will also have high-street shopping, food courts and multiplexes.
