ATS Tourmaline: Location & Social Infrastructure
After a 500 m drive from Dwarka Expressway in Raghopur one can arrive at the site. ATS Tourmaline located in Sector 109, Gurgaon is connected to other parts of the city by the Dwarka Expressway. Huda city centre Metro Station is about 15.7 km from ATS Tourmaline, while Sector 21 Metro Station in Dwarka, New Delhi is 13 km from here. IGI Terminal 3 Airport is a 25 km drive via Carterpuri Road and National Highway 8 or through Palam Vihar-Bijwasan and UER-II.
ATS Tourmaline provides access to many quality educational and healthcare institutions. Some of the better known schools in this part of Gurgaon such as Suncity World School in Sector 37D, DPS in Sector 102-A and Basant Valley School on Pataudi Road, Sector 88A, are located within a 4-7 km radius.
Arunodaya Deseret Eye Hospital, W Pratiksha Hospital are among some of the reputed healthcare facilities located within 7-9 km from ATS Tourmaline.
The project is slightly far off from most of the popular malls. Gurgaon Dreamz Mall is one of the closest at nearly 9 km in Sector 7. There are several well-known IT companies’ offices in Udyog Vihar, or Infospace in Sector 22, which can be reached from ATS Tourmaline.

ATS Tourmaline was launched in December 2013 and has a total of 418 units (including 8 villas) in 5 towers of 26 storeys each. The entire project area is close to 10.5 acres. In fact, the surrounding area of ATS Tourmaline has emerged as a prime location for property buyers due to growth of IT and ITES sector in the neighborhood. The infrastructure will get upgraded after complete linking of Dwarka Expressway with parts of Delhi and with Manesar Toll Plaza.
The site has all luxury amenities from clubhouse to pool, including a community building and plaza near the entrance. During the visit, it was observed that the structure is under construction and the project is expected to be delivered by May 2018.
