Godrej Nature Plus : Location and Connectivity

Sector 33 in Sohna is emerging as a residential hub with several projects by renowned developers on the anvil. While driving from Golf Course Extension Road or from Southern Peripheral Road, one has to take a turn into Sohna Road (248-A) at Vatika Chowk. It is also known as Badshahpur Chowk. About 14.5 kilometers from this chowk is where the site for Godrej Nature Plus is situated, right on Road 248A, which will soon be  upgraded to a 6-lane national highway. Sohna Development Plan 2031 also has provision for a 60 meters wide sector road connecting Golf Course Extension Road to South of Gurgaon. Kundli-Manesar-Palwal (KPM) Expressway passing through Sohna serves as a link between industrial belt of NCR-IMT Manesar and Faridabad, Noida, and other parts of NCR.

A drive to the International Airport (Terminal 3) is 34 km long. However, the travel time will reduce after construction of elevated roadway between Subhash Chowk and Badshahpur Chowk. Godrej Nature Plus is 24 km from Gurgaon Railway Station, 20 km from Manesar Toll Plaza on NH-48 and about 22 km from HUDA City Center Metro. According to news reports, there is a proposal to extend the Yellow Line Metro till Subhash Chowk as well.

Godrej Nature Plus : Social Infrastructure

There are a good number of higher education centers in and around Sohna, while there is scope for further development of hospitals and schools in the vicinity. Among well known ones, Park Hospital in Sector 49, Gurgaon (16 km) can be reached via Badshahpur Chowk. Vatika Mother and Child Hospital, Safe Hands Hospital and Kiran Memorial Hospital are within 5-10 km. Schools like GD Goenka, Ryan International and DPS Maruti Kunj are within 8-16 km from the site. Higher education centres like KR Mangalam University (1 km), GD Goenka World University (1.9 km), KIIT, etc are quite close to Godrej Nature Plus.

Sohna’s central quarter also has good hospitals, some government schools and markets, and is about 4 km from the project. Presently, most of the shopping malls and recreational centres are on Sohna road. At the same time, the outskirts of South Gurgaon are home to resorts like The Westin, Taj Gateway (Abhepur) and ITC Grand Bharat, which are within easy reach. The area around Damdama lake (10 km) is a popular destination for outdoor activities.

Godrej Nature Plus : Project Overview

Godrej Properties, is a household name in Indian real estate, with more than 5 projects in Gurgaon that are nearing completion. The latest launch by Godrej Properties aims to provide “healthscape” residences in a less polluted part of NCR. The 17 acres site would have extensive landscaping, herbs garden and spaces that enable an active, healthy lifestyle. Godrej Nature Plus would have 1,000 apartments in 13 high-rise towers around a 5 acres green area. The developers have delivered most of their projects on time. Possession for Nature+ would like be given by end of 2021. Construction activities have already begun on site.

Godrej Nature Plus : Apartment Types and Prices

The project mainly has 2, 2.5 and 3 BHK apartments. Presently, the pre-launch booking prices are being offered till February 24, 2018. Customers who apply early would be given a priority number based on which allotments would take place. The table below gives an overview of the prices and apartment types:

Prices after the pre-launch booking may go up by 10-12%. Club membership and taxes would be applicable over and above the basic price. Initial booking amount is Rs. 3 Lakhs, after which payment would be in stages as per the construction linked/subvention plan.

Godrej Nature Plus : Amenities

Right from social well-being to security, Godrej Nature Plus would cater to all aspects of healthy living.  A dedicated zone called “Connect Square” would allow healthy interactions and celebration of festivals. For recreational purposes, there would be facilities for aqua sports, water slides, a clubhouse and a family play zone complete with a play zone and picnic tables.

The specialty of Godrej Nature Plus lies in some of its unique offerings like pet parks, music and dance academy and a koi fish pond. For the fitness conscious, there is a health cafe, a bungee dance studio and AG6 workout in addition to clubhouse and outdoor sports. Advanced provisions for round-the-clock security include burglar alarms, face detection and dog patrolling by the staff. To facilitate transport, a bus shuttle would ferry residents to nearby landmarks.

Going by the quality of construction and on-time delivery track record of Godrej Properties, Nature Plus is set to be a unique residential complex with trendy amenities.
