Sobha Avenue : Location

Located a kilometer from the Kannamangala Junction, the drive to Sobha Avenue was relatively swift (barring the usual roadblock at the KR Puram bridge). As we were driving from CV Raman Nagar, we took the KR Puram flyover (the landmark cable bridge of Bangalore) and proceeded to drive straight for 8 kilometers. On reaching the Kannamangala Junction (where we spotted Brigade Exotica to our left), we proceeded to turn right. Currently, the road we took is being widened and will serve as a vital link road to central parts of Whitefield. We were informed that the location for Sobha Avenue was chosen in order to offer residents direct access to the link road to Whitefield, which would make the daily commute to workplaces a lot easier. With a majority of IT companies headquartered in the Whitefield/Marathahalli area, residences with convenient links to these parts of town are in demand.

Sobha Avenue: Project Overview

The Sobha Avenue apartment complex covers an area of 2.97 acres (80% open space), and consists of 3 towers (G+21) with a total of 175 units. All units are 3 BHK, offered in different sizes. At a cost of INR 5930 per sq. ft.*, apartments at Sobha Avenue start with a price tag of 1.13 Cr+. The project is surrounded by acres of open space on all sides, with a main road dividing the residential towers and the clubhouse. The project is located at a distance of 40 kms from the Bangalore International Airport, and 6 kms from the KR Puram Railway station. 

We were taken on a tour of the construction site, where we witnessed the finishing and tiling work in progress. Sobha projects are known for their attention to detail and impeccable quality, which was evident in the quality of work being done on site. Project possession is expected from 2018 onwards.*
