Located just off the Bellary road (NH 7) in the Byatarayanapura constituency of Bangalore, L&T Raintree Boulevard is spread across 65 acres of lush green land which is home to more than 1000 grown trees. While in conversation with one of the on-site relationship manager, I was informed that these trees will not be ploughed down for the residences to be built, but will be relocated and maintained by the site authorities.

Price, Unit Sizes, Project Status

The entire project of L&T Raintree Boulevard is coming up in 2 phases, with the first phase solely dedicated to residential towers and the second phase to commercial as well as residential projects, thereby creating a mixed-use township of sorts.

Phase 1 will have 17 residential towers in all with a mix of G+14 and G+15 constructions, consisting a total of 1000 apartments; 7 towers were launched in the initial phase and are priced at Rs.6,900 /sqft (Pre-launch)  and the rest of the construction is priced at Rs.6,950 / sqft.

All 17 towers will contain a combination of 2, 3 and 4BHK apartments with various floor plans to choose from .The possession for these phase 1 residential buildings is scheduled for June 2019. The apartment wise details are as follows
