As a former resident of Hiranandani Powai, Mumbai, I have come to realise that the projects from the group are synonymous with luxury and elegance and are one of the most sought after names in the urban living scenario. House of Hiranandani has a total of 3 projects in in all of Bangalore, located at Bannerghatta, Devanahalli an Hebbal respectively. The Glen Gate, the Glen Classic and the Glen Ridge

The Hiranandani Hebbal project has 3 phases : Glen Gate, Glen Classic and Glen Ridge in that order; phase 1 and phase 2 have already been launched and will be ready for possession by December 2017 and December 2018 respectively. Phase 3 is yet to be launched and the date has not been finalised for the same; as of now, apartments in the Glen Gate and Glen Classic are up for grabs.

The entire project consists of 1, 2, 2.5 and 3BHK apartments spread across each of the phases. Each phase has three wings: A, B and C and each of the wings have a S+18 construction. There are about 750 flats across the three phases with 288 apartments each in the launched phases, Glen Gate and Glen Classic as of now and each building has three high speed lifts.
