The apartments are priced at Rs.8500/sqft for the ground floor and an additional Rs.50 per floor thereafter.The project was started in mid-2014 and the possession is scheduled for mid- 2019. The starting price for the apartments are Rs. 2.42 Cr onward. All these homes have been built to celebrate an individual’s unique sense of style; therefore, some of the best consultant architects like HOK, USA and Synergy, Bangalore have been hired to delight the creative side of the customers.
