I recently visited the fast upcoming Ozone Urbana to understand it from a buyer’s perspective. Here is an overview of what the township offers within its boundaries.
Devanahalli is located 40 kilometres to the north-east of Bangalore which can be reached by NH7, also known as Bellary Road or Bangalore Hyderabad highway. This area has been under the spotlight ever since the opening up of the new international airport in 2008. Devanahalli is being quoted as the emerging gateway to future Bengaluru for its good connectivity and upcoming infrastructure.
