Bannerghatta Road has several perks to it, from IT-presence and social infrastructure to residential growth but perhaps what’s most interesting about it is that the long stretch of road covers several individual locations under it- From BTM on one end to Bannerghatta (close to Bannerghatta National Park) on the other. Connectivity is hence one of it’s biggest perks and South Bangalore’s safety and security comes with it.

Jayanagar’s upcoming metro station is the closest metro station to the area, the airport is an hour away and Bangalore central station is also approximately an hour away. The NICE road and Outer Ring Road via BTM offers further connectivity across the city.

Although there are several different elaborate features of the project that we learned of during our visit, it’s hard to list out all of them. So here’s all the intel we could gather on all that’s on offer at Pinnacle.

The first thing we looked into was the home itself, because that’s where the heart is. Homes at pinnacle are powered by Smart Home Technology from Cisco. A home controller touchscreen gives you access to every inch of your home. This is perhaps the most popular feature of luxury in the modern times.

The second thing that has interested us is luxurious interests and how they’re indulged. For conversation, there’s the sky lounge. To let your guests know they’re walking into a place of high-class, there’s the grand entrance lobby. To indulge your interests of astronomy and star-gazing, there’s the observatory. To keep up with fitness and de-stress there’s the aqua gym and the large lawn tennis court.

The third thing that Pinnacle offers of interest is the features that further add to and supplement these features. This includes an entry guard with ATM and water feature, ventilation inlet, shared surface plaza, activity lawn, outdoor exercise area, deck area, lap pool, jacuzzi, barbeque area with outdoor seating and more.
