The home owner can arrange for 2 to 25% of the home value while the remaining 75 to 80% will be funded by the bank based on the construction stage. While waiting for possession your home, Mantri Developers will service both interest and Pre-EMI, under subvention – interest will be paid on the amount paid by customer and Pre-Emi will be paid on behalf of customer for a period of 24 months or date of possession whichever is earlier. This scheme could result in a savings of Rs. 11.63 lakhs to 27 lakhs.
Mantri Webcity also known as a ‘web township’ offers ultra luxurious 2, 2.5 and 3 BHK apartments off Hennur Road.
