Location and connectivity

Situated approximately 4 km away from Thane station, Pokharan Road No.2 is a sub-arterial road of Thane. Sub-arterial roads are also major roads, which are within the city limits and connect it’s important centres. These are designed for slow moving traffic and cover a relatively shorter distance. Pokharan Road Nos. 1 and 2 both act as a link and deliver traffic from the Eastern Express Highway to the local roads of the city. The two roads join each other towards the western end of the city at the junction of the Upvan Lake and Yeoor Hills.

The location is ideal for people who prefer travelling by road as it is connected directly to the Eastern Express Highway, which runs between Thane and CST in South Mumbai. The Thane Railway Station being approximately 4 km away is plausible enough for people preferring the rail network. The Mumbai Airport is approximately 30 km away from here, accessible by both railways and roads.

Pokharan Road No.2 enjoys the best of both worlds – waterscapes and landscapes as it has the Yeoor Hills and Upvan Lake situated in the vicinity.
