Hebbal is an Assembly Constituency area in Bangalore. This was once indicative of the north endpoint of the city. Hebbal is known for flyovers that connect the ORR and Bellary Road. Location & Connectivity to Hebbal Real Estate

The Hebbal flyover, launched at the end of the year 2003 is one of the best made flyovers in the city and paved way for seamless connectivity of the Outer Ring Road to the Bellary Road (NH 7) and also attracted a lot of real estate investments in the nearby areas like Sahakarnagar, Hennur and Thanisandra.  Later in the year 2005, when the much awaited construction project of the Kempegowda International Airport began in Devanahalli – which is located at 30kms from Hebbal, there was a tremendous surge in the land value in and around Hebbal real estate and soon enough, this quiet suburb was brimming with buildings mushrooming at every nook and corner.
