Hierarchy of phases

The 13 acre Township comprises of 861 apartments. Phase 1 consists of 4 towers A, B, C, D with 85% bookings availed and VTP Realty has promised possession by April 2018. Phase 2, which has been pre-launched recently in January 2017, consists of 2 towers coming up namely H and I and is already booked up to 65% of its total units. These towers of phase 2 will consist of dual parking levels on ground floor and basement, which will be allotted to the users as per their ownership.

Phase 3 will consist of 2 towers E and F which will launch shortly, which may have ground floor consisting of shops and convenience stores that will cater to residents’ daily needs, including groceries, vegetables, etc. Phase 4 consists of an International School separated from the township by a green buffer which can be accessed by residents both from within and outside the township. The prestigious Eden International School has already tied up with VTP Realty to be a part of Urban Life Township.

About the Homes@ Urban Life

The apartments in phase 1 are evenly distributed in four G+12 floored towers with a bifurcation of 12 residential levels and one level for parking. Each floor consists of 7 apartments with a ratio of 2:5 among 1BHK and 2BHK units. The apartments in phase 2 are distributed in 2, G+15 towers  and it follows a ratio of 4:3 for the same. The size of the 1BHK apartments approximately lies between 481.47 – 503.86 sq. ft. and 2BHK lies between 746.48- 918.49 sq. ft.
