Reaching Ireo Uptown
Proximity to both Sohna Road and Golf Course Extension Road ensures great accessibility at Ireo Uptown, as Sector 66 lies at the intersection of these two arterial roads. An exclusive causeway connects Uptown with Golf Course Extension Road. There is less disturbance from the passing traffic at because Ireo Uptown is closer to the south-eastern part of Sector 66.
Uptown is conveniently located for families and professionals working in Rajiv Chowk (8.1 kms), Golf Course Road and in Sohna Road. State-of-the-art IT hub called Cyber Park by Landmark group is at a short distance of 1.2 kms. Phase II station of Sector 55/56 on the Rapid Metro is just 7 kms from Uptown.

Sector 66 is also well connected to popular hangout places on Golf Course Road, Nirvana Courtyard or the upcoming Ireo City Central (6.0 kms away in Sector 59).
Ireo Uptown : Site Overview
Uptown covers an area of 11 acres with a total of 5 towers varying in height from G+18 to G+25. The layout efficiently integrates green areas with pedestrian pathways, outdoor sports, sit-outs, roads and parking access. In a small corner of the site is the kids’ school and shopping complex.
The contemporary, sculpture-like clubhouse is an epicentre of activity. During the visit I could find several people using the swimming pool and enjoying other indoor sports. Entrance to the club is slightly elevated, which gives it due prominence in the entire site.
Every tower entrance is flanked by greenery and fountains, while ground floor balconies overlook landscaped green pockets. Adequate spacing between the high-rise towers ensures good lighting and ventilation in all apartments, while most of them get great views of the Aravallis as well.
Ireo Uptown : Apartment Overview
A total of 550 units are part of Uptown, with 2 BHK flat prices starting at Rs. 1.05 crores. Average rent is about Rs. 32,000/- per month for a 3 BHK flat. A summary of the apartment types and pricing is given in the table below:

The 2 BHK and 3 BHK apartments are spacious, having well-planned and efficient layouts. Most of the 2 BHK flats also have provision for servant room, which is a plus compared to other apartments.
I visited a sample 4 BHK Duplex in Tower D, photos of which are shared here. Having a large built up area of 3,524sq ft, the penthouse has a living room, terrace, kitchen, dining and 2 bedrooms on the first level. A separate entrance, a family den, servant room and 2 more bedrooms are housed on the 2nd level.
The central VRV air-conditioners in all the flats allow for an all-weather air conditioning. Furthermore, IREO has incorporated several of its 7-point “open living” philosophy features in its value-for-money Uptown project as well.
All the apartments at Ireo Uptown have close to 10 ft high ceiling, whereas standard height in most other apartments is 9.5 ft or less. The large balconies that look onto green areas are planned as an extension of the interior, and double up as patio-like sit-outs.
The kitchens are equipped with modular cabinets, electric chimney, a hob, and gas pipeline connection. The bathrooms are large and well-lit with branded fittings. The rooms, bathrooms, terrace and kitchen have good quality finish and sober color schemes that would suit all choices.
Ireo Uptown : Amenities
The club at Uptown is unarguably the best feature on site, and is also the hub of activity with several occupants using the swimming pool, gym and billiards room at all times of the day.
It is built in 3 levels, spanning an area of 17,500 sq ft, topped with a modern, curved roof covered in metallic finish panels. A lift has been installed for convenient access to users of all age groups.
Other indoor amenities in the clubhouse include kids’ play area, a banquet hall on the first floor and two lavishly decorated lounge areas on ground and 1st floor. Sports facilities also include table tennis and a squash court.
The multi-cuisine restaurant on ground floor overlooks the swimming pool and has a very contemporary decor. There is a separate health bar and cafe on the first floor, right outside the gym.
