IREO The Grand Arch : Location and Connectivity

Talk of the realty market of Gurgaon and micro-markets that top the discussion are the Golf Course and the Golf Course Extension Road.  Reiterating what we mentioned once, Golf Course Extension Road is to Golf Course as South Delhi is to Lutyens Delhi. The Golf Course Road is a stretch from the Bristol Hotel on MG Road to sectors-55 and 56, followed by the Golf Course Extension road that further connects the Golf Course Road to Sohna Road and to NH-8 through under-construction Southern Periphery Road.

The Extension Road came into limelight in last 7-8 years ago as developers sought an alternative to the sky rocketing prices of the Golf Course Road. Location and connectivity have played a pivotal role in developing a new map of opportunities for this market. Proximity to the IGI airport and easy accessibility to Faridabad via the Gurgaon Faridabad expressway, and Delhi via MG Road and NH-8 have accelerated the demand for housing units here. Further in the recent years Extension Road is being connected through signal free access to NH 8 as well as Delhi Metro.

Addressing the travel needs of the residents, Ireo The Grand Arch also features a shuttle facility at regular intervals from 7:30 a.m. in the morning to 10 p.m. at night.  Thus the residents enjoy hassle free trips to the metro or convenient shopping centres or offices in vicinity. Concierge services at the tap of a call is what makes life easy for the dwellers at the Arch.
