Ireo The Grand Arch was in news a few days ago, for housing the first outlet of Warren Tricomi Salon and Spa chain in Gurgaon. New York based Warren Tricomi has exclusive presence in hotels like Leela and JW Mariott in India. The salon and spa will form a part of “Le Club”, the clubhouse of the project. The project has some units available in the primary stock that are trading at a rate of Rs.13000 per sqft of BSP. However, units in the secondary market are available for Rs.10,000 per sqft. Considering the launch price of the project, it has appreciated 100% in the last 6 years since it was put on offer.
