There are two immediate stretches along the Central Lines of Mumbai’s railway network that are old centers of trade and industries. Very old suburbs of Bhandup and Mulund are seeing the second stage of an area’s real estate development. One must say the process has been slow, and probably slower than what’s been witnessed elsewhere due to various issues at different levels stuck in a circle.
