Godrej Woodsman Estate was completed and handed over to the customers by the end of  2010. True to its name, the residences of Godrej Woodsman Estate are set in 15 acres of lush green haven, with tree lined boulevards and breezy gardens. Similarly, a furnished 3BHK (1600 – 1830 sqft) can go upto Rs. 60,000. The resale value of a 2BHK ranges between Rs. 1.25 Cr – Rs. 1.4 Cr and for a 3BHK, Rs. 1.5 Cr – Rs. 1.75 Cr.

  2. Is it located on the old Amco Batteries ground? Does any one know about what environmental studies have been done prior to building here. Does it have any pollution issues from the battery plant days?
