Theme based housing has gained momentum in last few years in metropolitan cities in the country. These mottos in life are good to have but rarely do we seek to live them. On my last visit to Dwarka Expressway, I recalled seeing the near possession high rise inventory in the project and advised him to enquire more, while I delved on the details.

Things that stand out in the the plans of Heritage Max:

The project revolves around the sports theme. It supports all kinds of activities that one can indulge in after office or in leisure hours. With 90% of the area as open, the project features cycling tracks, floodlit football field, fully equipped gymnasium and jogging tracks. Tennis court, garden court, meditation court, basketball courts, squash courts, Indoor badminton court, table tennis area and swimming pool are major sports highlights.

Strategic Location-

Conscient Heritage Max is positioned in sector-102 in Gurgaon, on Dwarka Expressway. We have been writing and researching a lot on this upcoming micro-market, , a quick recapitulation of advantages includes the proximity to Delhi, a 15 minute drive to the IGI Airport, and seamless connectivity with NH-8, further paving way for ease of connectivity to the business districts of Gurgaon. The proposed metro network of Delhi metro will also be parallel to the upcoming expressway. While Dwarka Expressway always finds itself amidst controversy, what works well for Heritage Max is that it is connected to old Gurgaon city through Basai bridge. Payment Plan-

The project offers a possession linked payment plan wherein a buyer needs to pay 40% in the first 12 months divided in intervals of 3 months each and rest 60% on the offer of possession. Home loans are approved by HDFC, ICICI, SBI, LIC HFL, PNB Housing, Kotak, Bank of Baroda, Indiabulls and First Blue Home Finance.

Apartment Description

Conscient Heritage Max spans 11 acres and is a unification of king-size 3BHK and 4BHK apartments with G+25 configuration totaling to 515 apartments. The super areas for 3BHK+Servant apartments are 1,870 and 1,880 square ft and 2,075 square ft for 3BHK+Servant+Study. The super area for 4BHK+Servant is 2,475 sq ft and 4BHK+Servant+Study is 2,775 sq ft. Apartments are fitted for air conditioning, modular kitchen and  hob and chimney.
