Chintels Paradiso is a part of Chintels Metropolis, the 400 acres grand project by Chintels India Ltd. This project comprises luxurious high rise apartments surrounded by beautiful landscapes of Sector 109, close to Dwarka Expressway in Gurgaon. Chintels Paradiso was launched in March 2011, and has a total of 532 units in 9 towers of 19 storeys each. The entire project area is close to 12.3 acres. In fact, the surroundings close to the boundary of Chintels Paradiso are mostly residential apartments and Shoba City (a 39 acres group housing development).

The site has all luxury amenities from clubhouse to pool, including a fountain at the entrance. During the visit, it was observed that the structure is being constructed at its full pace so as to meet the possession deadline.

Chintels Paradiso has a wide entrance, accessed by Dwarka Expressway in Sector 109. The internal access road linking highway to project site is under construction as well. The peripheral road and walkways in the site are being lined with trees and shrubs.

Every tower has a grand entrance lobby and artistically crafted GRC grill to allow both air and light into the towers. There are 4 flats per floor. Two elevators form the lift core. The exterior design of the apartment towers is quite modern and maintenance free.
