  1. The Old Madras Road which is located in East Bangalore, is also a part of the National Highway 4 (NH-4) that connects Mumbai and Chennai. The location seems really good. It provides accessibility

    the location is good. However, just one problem. There is an unbearable smell at the site that comes sometimes from the chicken feed factory adjacent to prestige tranquillity..
    When I visited the site, the smell was there for couple of minutes then slowly faded….check this thing out before you invest. Otherwise, the builder is good and quality is assured
