Eldeco Inspire is located in a mixed residential-commercial region in Sector-119 at the intersection of FNG Expressway and Noida-Greater Noida Link Road. The area offers the benefit of brilliant network to major highways. The venture interfaces with Dadri Main Road at a distance of 9.7 km through Vikas Marg and to NH-24 at a distance of 16.6 km. It takes around one hour to cover the 35.1 km distance from Indira Gandhi International Airport while driving through Mahatma Gandhi Road/Ring Road. The proposed airport terminal in Jewar is situated at a 69.4 km distance through Taj Express Highway/Yamuna Expressway.

The project offers a total of 400 units of 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, distributed across 4 towers. Each tower contains 24 floors in addition to the ground floor. The 2 bedroom apartments come in four sizes- 1121 sq. ft. 1278 sq. ft. 1286 sq. ft. and 1295 sq. ft. depending on whether the residents choose to get a study room attached. The 3 bedroom apartments come in 1639 sq. ft. and 1761 sq. ft. depending on the availability of a servant room.  The apartments range in price from INR 48 Lacs to INR 80 Lacs. .

A PVC overhead tank is provided for water supply and is connected with a hot and cold water piping to supply shower mixer. Other high quality materials are also used in the kitchen and toilets. Conclusion

Eldeco Inspire, a part of the project Eldeco Aamantran is expected to be one of the finest and most affordable residential projects for small, cosy apartments. With the price tag that comes with it, it is definitely worth a visit and investment.

The starting price of the apartments is INR 25 Lacs though the final price list has not been released yet. The following table details out the measurement of each section in a basic 579 sq. ft. apartment.

Conclusion

Eldeco Edge is easily one of the most cost-effective projects in Noida till date. With the quality of studio apartments it provides along with the benefits of location in an urban residential area in Noida, it is worth the investment.

Eldeco Magnolia Park is a set of three luxurious towers which form a part of Eldeco Aamantran in Sector-119, Noida. From the above table we can see that an astounding variety of floor area-wise options are available. The master bedroom has laminated wooden flooring which completes the plush look of the apartment while the other bedrooms use high quality vitrified tiles. Individual RO system is also installed in every apartment, which is a thoughtful gesture on part of the developer. Additional individual power backup installation costs INR 18,000/- per KVA. Independent open and basement parking cost an additional INR 4,00,000/- each.

ATS Knightsbridge, Sector 124 | For the New Age Nobility

ATS Knightsbridge, located in Sector 124, Noida is one of the most expensive residential projects in the city. It is located 4.3 km away from Noida Sector 18 metro station and Botanical Garden metro station. ATS Knightsbridge offers only 4 and 6 bedroom apartments which come in four sizes- 6000 sq. ft. 6050 sq. ft. 10000 sq. ft. and 10050 sq. ft. They range in prices from INR 7.2 Cr to INR 15 Cr, which are on the upper limit by Delhi-NCR standards. The metro stations Noida Sector 18 and Botanical Garden on the blue line are both located at a distance of ~4 km from ATS Knightsbridge. The project connects to Noida-Greater Noida Expressway at a distance of 12.2 km and to Dadri Main Road at a distance of 5.2 km. The fastest route from ATS Knightsbridge to Indira Gandhi International Airport takes 47 minutes to cover the 27.2 km distance via Baba Banda Singh Bahadur Setu route and around 50 minutes via Mahatma Gandhi Road/Ring Road (24 km).

Conclusion

ATS Knightsbridge is the most expensive project in Sector 124, Noida and could possibly be one of the most expensive projects in Noida too. The developers have made quite a risky investment but promise to make ATS Knightsbridge the crème-de-la-crème of luxury living that comes at a high premium price.

Prateek Edifice is a new residential project in Sector 107, Noida launched by The Prateek Group in 2011. The project is 4.6 km away from Wave City Centre Metro and enjoys the perks of being located in one of the most commercialized areas.
