I recently had the opportunity to visit the most talked about real estate project in BangaloreBhartiya city, and was thrilled to learn that when they say Bhartiya city is a city in itself, they mean it, word to word.  This on-going project is one of a kind in Bangalore, constantly raising the bar high as the city waits with bated breath to see it come alive. As I drove through the project site, admiring the landscape, I could not help but notice that a lot of construction work needs to be completed for the project to look like it did in the brochure, so, I headed down to their Discovery centre (also the sales office) to dig more information regarding the timeline.Turns out, this city within a city spans over a whopping 125 acres and has 8 districts in all, each covering a certain aspect of urban living. This entire project is sold out and the owners are expected to gain possession by September 2016. Nikoo Homes II was launched in October 2015, and has around 2,200 apartments available for purchase; possession for this phase is scheduled for mid-2019.

The project is situated just off the Thanisandra Main Road, in the RK Hegade Nagar area of North Bangalore and is well connected to the Outer Ring Road, Hennur main road as well as the Bellary Road.
