You can spot this building from a good mile away. As you drive towards the project, a thriving complex with restaurants, gyms, supermarkets and medical stores pass by your car window. Apart from enjoying a thriving social infrastructure.
14 bus stops keep the connectivity of the place good, and KIAS-8 from Hennur Cross (JN) connects the area to the airport. The nearest metro station is the Byipannahalli Metro Station (30 mins away) while the nearest railway station is the Hebbal station 8 kms away. The project being located on the main road enjoys good connectivity to the airport (21 kms) and Outer Ring Road (7.3 kms).
Reputed educational institutions in the area include Bangalore International School, HMR International School, VIBGYOR High, Vidyaniketan Academy, Oasis International, Arafah International, Indian Academy, NICC, Hasnath College, NICC and more.

The four residential towers border the swimming pool and jacuzzi, which in turn are bordered by a lawn and an amphitheatre. Other amenities are neatly tucked away in corners of the project. Here’s what our walk around the project revealed.
The first is the amenities provided which are the first things you’ll see at the project. Within these, sport facilities include a pool, health facility with steam, gymnasium, indoor games, squash court, basketball court, billiards, card room, table tennis and jogging track. Further health amenities include a walking track.
The second include special features such as a sauna and jacuzzi, kids pool, open theatre, multipurpose halls, children’s play area and sand pit. Safety and security features include fire detection systems on all floors, fire fighting system on all floors, reticulated gas pipe system, 24/7 security, fire alarm and water sprinkling in all homes. Video door phone further adds to this sense of security.
The third includes eco-friendly measures such as a water treatment plant, sewage treatment plant, hydro-pneumatic pumping system and a rainwater harvesting system. The project also has 70% open space.
The fourth is the specifications within the homes. Notable features include a telephone system along with an intercom facility with cabling in each flat- along with direct incoming and outgoing calls, an earth leakage circuit breaker in each apartment, lighting arrester, and electrical provisions for various appliances. Reticulated gas piping is provided at an additional cost. A special cable network (DTH) with one centralised control room is also provided where residents can pay the operator and avail cable.
