The first tall building that falls in our line of sight while driving down Kolshet Road, is the upcoming project, Ashar Sapphire. The standalone residential tower, along with the commercial building Millenia, together is called Ashar Sparkle. Built by the Ashar Group, Millenia too is a landmark building located on the service lane of Ghodbunder Road.
